Two Kensington locals are coming together for a one-night-only event on Thursday 30th July, celebrating exceptional food, whisky and hospitality at the Doutta Galla Hotel.
The ‘Doot’ is partnering with neighbouring Bakery Hill Distillery, one of Australia’s most awarded craft whisky producers, for an exclusive three-course dining experience.
After enjoying a whisky cocktail on arrival, guests will take their seats to enjoy a carefully curated selection of dishes, including a delicious whisky-washed steak main course, with each dish expertly matched to Bakery Hill whisky pairings.
