Cantonese restaurant brings vibrant late night dining to Fridays
Mya Tiger, the stunning Cantonese restaurant at Hotel Esplanade ‘The Espy’, has launched a Dumpling Disco late-night dining experience every Friday. Curated dumplings, signature cocktails, disco vibes and prizes.
Starting from 8pm each week, it’s the perfect occasion to welcome in the weekend with late-night fun all evening long. Dumpling Disco will be serving a curated dumpling menu, allowing diners to taste a range of delectable flavours. Sharing a basket of dumplings is a tried and tested method of bringing people closer together.
To add to the vibe, disco balls will be hanging and 80s disco tunes played – think Hong Kong 80s Cantopop. Red envelope giveaways will keep guests happy with prizes including free dessert, free cocktail, free snack and bill on the house.

- Truffle pork & prawn sui mai
Mya Tiger’s full signature cocktail list will also be available, including Pine & Pandan Spritz (pineapple, pandan citrus, sparkling wine), Jasmin Gin Sour (Jasmin infused gin, lemon, elderflower, cinnamon) and Frozen Lychee Martini (vodka, lychee liqueur, lemon, lychee puree).
