Ricotta & Spinach Ravioli is paired with a rich tomato and basil sugo that lets the delicate pasta shine, while Tagliatelle with Porcini Mushrooms combines ribbons of fresh egg pasta with a rich porcini mushroom sauce that captures the comforting flavours of northern Italy.
It is the very first time that these specific recipes, which have been produced for Italian restaurants for decades, are now available for all Australians to enjoy (without having to pay for an airfare).
