Ingredients:
- Potato Utopia’s Black Pepper and Parmesan Gratins
- Crème fraîche
- Caviar
- Chives, finely chopped
Prepare the gratins in the oven or air fryer for 20 minutes. Transfer to a serving tray, spoon over crème fraîche and finish generously with caviar. Scatter with finely chopped chives and serve immediately.
