Spago teams up with Lee Kum Kee featuring a cooking demonstration by Mimi Wong

Spago in Darling Square is teaming up with beloved sauce brand Lee Kum Kee. 
The collaboration will feature three dishes which will be available for 4 weeks from the 31st of May. To celebrate the collaboration, MasterChef alumnus Mimi Wong will host a free cooking demonstration for each of the three collaboration dishes. The activation will feature a roving Lee Kum Kee panda mascot. Guests can purchase any two Spago x Lee Kum Kee collaboration dishes and receive a token to collect a free toy capsule at the Gacha machine.
Dishes:

  • Peking duck pizza: Peking style roasted duck, Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, toasted sesame and spring onion on SPAGO’s Sicilian-style pizza base  
  • XO Carbonara: Rigatoni, crispy pancetta, egg, parmesan cheese and Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce  
  • Squid Aglio E Olio with chilli oil: Squid ink spaghetti, squid, Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce & Chiu Chow style chilli oil, squid, garlic, and lemon juice
