A one-night only culinary journey to Northern Italy, 18 August
This August, Mister Bianco restaurant in Kew continues the Pippo’s Table journey, inviting guests to the heart of Veneto for an evening celebrating one of Italy’s most influential and diverse culinary regions.
From the canals of Venice to the vineyards of Soave and Valpolicella, Veneto is a region where centuries of tradition have shaped some of Italy’s most iconic dishes and wines. For one night only, Chef Joe Vargetto will present a carefully curated menu that captures the essence of this Italian region.
The evening will begin with a glass of Biancavigna Prosecco Brut DOC to accompany the starter of Baccalà Mantecato, setting the tone for the four-course menu inspired by authentic Italian cooking. Each course has been thoughtfully paired to showcase the harmony between regional food and wine, staying true to the traditions that have made Veneto one of Italy’s great culinary destinations.
