Vista’Mare at Crown launches an Italian High Tea

With spring weekends filling up, I wanted to share a new high tea at Crown Sydney. Vista’Mare is putting an Italian twist on the British tradition with its new weekend Italian High Tea, and I’d love to know if it could be included in any up coming coverage.

Launching on Saturday 17 October, the high tea comes from the two-hatted team behind a’Mare and is served with harbour-front views. Savouries include a spanner crab maritozzo, prosciutto croquettes and King salmon vol-au-vents, followed by Brontë pistachio bignè, Piedmont hazelnut Baci di Dama, Amalfi lemon tart and warm scones with whipped cream and seasonal jam.High Tea | $79pp, including Dilmah tea
Sparkling High Tea | $99pp, including a glass of Col Vetoraz Prosecco
Champagne High Tea | $109pp, including a glass of Moët & Chandon Champagne

Available Saturdays and Sundays from 11am to 3.30pm, with bookings recommended.
