Over 30 of Western Australia’s finest producers will bring more than 150 wines from Western Australia to Brisbane’s Howard Smith Wharves on 18 August 2026 for a first-of-its-kind consumer tasting.
EXHILARATING Wines from Western Australia x Brisbane features acclaimed and emerging wineries from Margaret River, Great Southern, Swan Valley, Pemberton and beyond. Participating wineries include icons such as Leeuwin Estate, Vasse Felix, Cullen Wines, Moss Wood, Cape Mentelle, Howard Park, Xanadu, Cherubino Wines and Deep Woods Estate, alongside new and exciting wineries like Corymbia, Swinney, Castle Rock Estate and Vino Volta.
More than a dozen winemakers, plus many more winery owners, will make the trip to personally connect with Queenslanders, offering wine lovers the rare opportunity to meet the people behind these family-owned labels, and taste small-batch releases and collector wines seldom seen outside of Western Australia.

As the sun sets over the Brisbane River, the Golden Hour Showcase invites wine lovers to explore the best of Western Australian wine in a relaxed and immersive setting. Guests can taste their way through more than 35 wineries, meet the people behind the labels, and discover everything from internationally acclaimed icons to small-batch producers rarely seen outside Western Australia.
