The Dry Dock in Balmain is hosting a one-off Tour de France Wine Lunch in July. Hosted by James Johnston, this special five-course lunch will be paired with eight standout wines from the World Wine Estates portfolio. The afternoon will explore France’s most celebrated wine regions, with storytelling that brings to life the producers, landscapes and traditions behind each pour.
Chef Ben Sitton has developed a seasonal menu rooted in classic French cuisine, designed specifically to complement the wine journey and highlight the best of winter dining in The Dining Room.
