Unique Double-Frying Method
Each piece of chicken is double-fried using the same original recipe created in Busan, South Korea back in 2002 before being hand brushed in one of Bonchon’s signature sauces: Spicy or Soy Garlic. These signature sauces are still made today in South Korea.
Widely recognised as “the gold standard for fried chicken” (Business Insider 2019), Bonchon has over 370 locations worldwide with its first Australian restaurant set to breathe spice into the lives of Australian fried chicken lovers.
