The Bay
INGREDIENTS:
45ml Havana Club 3yo
15ml Aperol
90ml watermelon coconut water
20ml rice syrup
30ml fresh lime juice
Ice
Watermelon and seasonal flowers, to serve
METHOD:
Build over ice in a large coupe glass.
Stir to combine.
Garnish with watermelon and seasonal flowers.
