45ml Havana Club 3yo
90ml watermelon coconut water
20ml rice syrup
30ml fresh lime juice
Watermelon and seasonal flowers, to serve
Build over ice in a large coupe glass.
Stir to combine.
Garnish with watermelon and seasonal flowers.
