Cardea in Barangaroo is launching a new French-inspired dining experience and Express Lunch. Best known as a premier destination for cocktails, live music and entertainment, Cardea now introduces L’Art de la Table (the art of French dining).
The new menu offers classic French dishes, including: Steak tartare, Croque Monsieur; salmon fillet with sorrel sauce and balsamic pearls; slow-braised beef in red wine sauce; and French brioche toast served with vanilla whipped cream and raspberry coulis.
Cardea’s new express lunch option offers include:
- $25pp for any entrée + beverage
- $35pp for any main + beverage
- Beverages include house white, red or rosé wine, beer or any soft drink
The express lunch will be available Tuesday – Friday, 12pm – 3pm for up to 8 guests. Cardeas new opening hours will be Tuesday – Saturday, 12pm until closing.
