Aria has partnered with Opera Australia for their upcoming season of The Merry Widow.
To celebrate the 2026 season of The Merry Widow Aria is offering a limited dessert experience ahead of the performance at the Sydney Opera House.
Inspired by the romance and glamour of the Viennese operetta The Merry Widow, Aria’s head pastry chef Luke Jardine created the limited-edition dessert exclusively for the season. Featuring mandarin, champagne and honey choux, the dessert is crafted to complement Aria’s pre-theatre dining experience. Note that champagne is not included as part of the dessert.
The offering is available for the entire season of The Merry Widow (8 July – 18 August 2026) alongside Aria’s pre-theatre menu. It is also available in the bar before and after performances.
