Oat milk, no sugar, extra hot, vanilla syrup – whatever the order, The Coffee Club promises to get it right or happily make it again, on the house. The Coffee Guarantee covers all 16 espresso-based drinks, hot and cold, across 200+ stores nationwide, and reflects its 37-year commitment to coffee quality, craft, and consistency.
To mark the launch, from 15-21 June, customers who bring a takeaway coffee cup from another café will receive a free coffee. The message is simple: If you’re not already drinking our coffee, why not give it a try.
The Coffee Club proudly uses barista-made specialty coffee – Three Stories, a world-class trilogy of beans roasted in Melbourne. Specialty coffee is independently graded and epitomises the highest quality within the industry.
In the last two years, The Coffee Club has invested in training over 1200 baristas across Australia.
The group’s commitment to craft and customer experience runs to the details: for example, order a 16oz coffee and it comes with three espresso shots as standard, calibrated to balance the coffee-to-milk ratio and protect flavour – no double-shot dilution.
