Jacksons on George is marking Vivid Sydney 2026 with a three-week program of food, drink and live entertainment across all three levels of the George Street venue, running 22 May to 13 June.
Steven Sinclair, Jacksons on George head chef, has created dedicated menus for the festival, including a special evening snacks menu at Bistro George in partnership with Veuve Cliquot, complemented by live music in the Public Bar and DJ programming on the Rooftop.

Bistro George x Vivid Snacks, presented by Veuve Clicquot
A special snacks menu will be available at Bistro George for lunch and dinner throughout Vivid. Designed for sharing, the menu includes vongole frites, best enjoyed with a glass of Veuve Clicquot; the Bistro George squish cheeseburger; chicken nuggets with hot sauce, sauce au poivre and caviar; and sticky date pudding with butterscotch sauce and koji ice cream. Veuve Clicquot is available by the glass ($30) or bottle ($155). Walk-ins welcome; bookings are encouraged.
Spice Bag x Guinness – Public Bar and Rooftop Bar
Chef Steven Sinclair is bringing back his take on the Irish classic, the spice bag ($28), which will be available evenings only, seven days a week throughout Vivid – perfectly paired with a pint of Guinness ($15.90). The spice bag includes crispy chicken schnitzel, pepper and chilli chips, onions and peppers. Chandon will also be available in the Public Bar and Rooftop by the glass for ($15) or bottle ($75).
Live Frequencies – Public Bar
Live music will run every Saturday evening in the Public Bar during Vivid, from 6-9pm. Performers include Travis Drew, Michele Ducray, Cian and Catherine, Louis Green and Cody Luke.
City Music – Rooftop Bar
DJ programming continues on the Rooftop throughout the festival period, with a roster of resident DJs including Dan Decaires, Tunnel Signs, Ellanah, Eluna Beats, Marshes, Von Audio, Molly Roberts, Joel Menna, Nite Call Nite Call, NAJ, Halcyon Dayz, Jerk Boy, Amelia Conway, Nes, Slippery Music, Boycey and Ella Ur. Thursday to Saturday from 5pm-1am. No bookings required.
Sport on the big screen – Rooftop Bar
All major sport will screen live on the Rooftop’s large outdoor screen throughout the Vivid period, including State of Origin, AFL, NRL and the FIFA World Cup.
$1 pint upgrades – Public Bar & Rooftop Bar
$1 pint upgrades are available throughout May (4 Pines Japanese Lager) and June & July (Asahi).
Guests can also take advantage of Bistro George’s Aperitivo Hour, Monday to Friday from 4–6pm, with cocktails from $10, wines from $9 and tap beer from $7, alongside small plates from the snacks menu.
