​For Father’s Day, Common Cuts is serving up a $98 special centred around a 600g F1 Wagyu roast from Stockyard, Darling Downs, with a choice of MB 6–7 rostbiff, MB 6–7 rump cap or MB 4–5 striploin. Guests can choose to turn this into a set menu for $30pp, featuring oysters with blood orange dressing and chive oil, Wagyu topside steak tartare with potato bread, grilled scallop with seaweed butter and pangrattata, charred broccolini with whipped tofu and spiced tenkasu, and a choice of peanut butter ice cream sandwich or lemon, dessert.
