After selling out its entire Australian allocation of 3,000 bottles in under
one week last year, the Jack Daniel Distillery is bringing back its award-winning 10 Years Old Tennessee Whiskey for a limited Australian release of the new Batch 05.
The highly anticipated Batch 05 release continues the Jack Daniel Distillery’s revival of its age-stated whiskey program, combining a decade of maturation with modern whiskey-making expertise to deliver a unique expression each year. This whiskey was crafted by Chris Fletcher, named 2026 Master Distiller of the Year.
Batch 05 showcases how subtle changes in barrel selection, maturation and craftsmanship create a distinct whiskey every release, reinforcing why Jack Daniel’s 10 Years Old has quickly become one of Australia’s most sought-after premium whiskey launches.

The return of Jack Daniel’s 10 Years Old comes as Australians continue to embrace premium whiskey, with collectors and enthusiasts increasingly seeking out rare, highly allocated releases that combine heritage, craftsmanship and exclusivity.
The additional years of aging for Jack Daniel’s 10 Years Old Tennessee Whiskey Batch 05 bring forward aromas of cooked apple and caramel with soft oak on the nose, with notes of rich molasses, chocolate and barrel spices that finish long and warm.
Jack Daniel’s 10 Years Old Tennessee Whiskey, offered at 97 proof (48.5% ABV), begins with Jack Daniel’s classic Tennessee Whiskey mash bill of 80% corn, 12% malted barley and 8% rye. Distilled in Lynchburg, Tennessee, it is mellowed drop by drop through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal before spending a decade maturing to develop its rich depth and complexity.
With only 3,000 bottles available nationally, Jack Daniel’s 10 Years Old Tennessee Whiskey Batch 05 will be available from 13 August 2026 at select in-store & online retailers and on-premise venues across Australia, with a recommended retail price of $180 AUD.
