VicX has announced the arrival of Anita Gelato, bringing its internationally recognised gelato to North Sydney, marking another step in the precinct’s evolution from a commuter hub into a genuine day-to-night dining precinct for the lower North Shore.
The Victoria Cross store, which is now open, brings the beloved Anita Gelato experience to North Sydney for the first time, offering locals, commuters, and visitors a new dessert destination in the heart of the precinct.

Founded in 2002, Anita Gelato has built a loyal following locally and globally, becoming widely recognised for its handcrafted gelato and desserts, offering over 150 rotating flavours handcrafted in store daily. With 18 locations globally, including 12 across Australia, the brand has become renowned for its quality and expertise. The North Sydney opening marks another milestone in Anita Gelato’s growing national footprint. The store joins the growing collection of Miller Street eateries, further cementing North Sydney’s emergence as a hospitality and dining destination.

To celebrate the opening, Anita Gelato North Sydney will be offering free scoops to the first 500 customers on Saturday 27 June from 10am, offering visitors a taste of what they can expect from the North Sydney location.
