From people failing TikTok recipes to accidentally serving chicken so raw it’s still bawk-ing, cooking fails have become some of the internet’s favourite content – and now comedian Nikki Osborne is turning them into live entertainment.
EveryPlate is serving up a new Australian-first comedy dining experience this June, with Dinner Roast taking over cult-comedy venue Potts Point Hotel for one night only.
Blending stand-up comedy with a three-course dinner, the event sees ‘Bush Barbie’ aka Nikki Osborne, alongside viral comedians Troy Kinne and Gen Fricker, roast over-the-top foodie culture, viral recipe fails and real kitchen disasters submitted by Aussies.
Guests will enjoy a full EveryPlate feast featuring starter, main, and a dessert, while comedians serve up live commentary, turning everyday cooking chaos into a night of food, stories and punchlines.
