Warm up a winter jaunt to the Scenic Rim, with a Beef & Beer Masterclass at the Commercial Hotel Boonah on June 6 from 12pm-3pm. As part of Eat Local Month, Executive Chef Jake Nicolson and Kane Lutter from The Butcher Co. are hosting a hands-on experience showcasing some of the region’s finest produce. Brisbane’s biggest dining month is back in June and Ghanem Group venues are making their biggest, boldest contribution yet to Dine BNE City’s jam-packed calendar, running from morning to midnight from 1-30 June.

Did someone say ‘Torched Scallop with Tom Yum Emulsion and Fried Garlic’? Head to the bar at Lúc Lắc for a Vietnamese-inspired Supper Snack Set of four innovative snacks, paired with a choice of house wine, selected tap beer or soft drink. Monday-Thursday 4pm-7pm – $49 per person.

The vinyl and flavours are spinning all month at Brisbane’s ultimate supper club, Boom Boom Room. Tune into Spins, Snacks & Sips – five flavour-packed snacks plus a house drink accompanied by live entertainment. Wednesday-Saturday 4.30pm-5.30pm – $49 per person.
